Character


  1. When and how did you became a disciple of Jesus?
  2. We define a disciple as “a follower of Christ who is being changed by him and who leads others to do the same” (Matthew 4:19). How are you “being changed” by the Lord at this time of your life? What have you sensed him saying to you recently and what are you doing about it?
  3. How would you self-assess your growth in the following character qualities:


Calling


  1. What spiritual gifts have been identified in your life and how have you used them?
  2. What are you most passionate about in life and in your work?
  3. What natural aptitudes and abilities do you find most satisfying to use?
  4. How is your personality a good “fit” for this role?
  5. How have your life experiences (personal, ministry, education, etc.) prepared you for something like this?
  6. What do you consider to be your life mission and/or life goals? Where do you see yourself in 5/10 years?


Competency


  1. What experience do you have in this area of leadership?
  2. What unique strengths do you bring to the table?
  3. What weaknesses need developed?
  4. Describe your leadership/management style when working with a team.

  1. What is important to you in a church? In the leadership of the church?
  2. To what extent do you resonate with LifeSpring’s vision, mission, values, and basic beliefs?
