How to Explain Ministry Calling (S.H.A.P.E)
Explain:
All Christians are disciples called to live on mission to help others move closer to Christ and restore a broken world, and God has designed and equipped you with a unique “S.H.A.P.E” for ministry. We experience a tremendous amount of excitement and fulfillment when we serve God doing what we love to do and what we can do well.

Explain:
The circle represents your “sweet spot” in ministry, the unique “S.H.A.P.E.” God has given you to serve him. It includes your:
- Spiritual gifts: special, supernatural abilities and/or natural abilities dynamically empowered by God’s Spirit
- Heart: your unique emotional “heartbeat” that races when we encounter activities, subjects, or circumstances that interest us (i.e. “passions” or “core values”)
- Abilities: natural aptitudes and strengths
- Personality: this is unique and special to you
- Experiences in life: spiritual experiences, painful experiences, educational experiences, and ministry experiences
