leaders. We are not just growing in competency (what we do), we are growing in character (who we are).
This “Character Growth Checkup” is a tool that coaches, mentors, leaders, and apprentices can use to assess and discuss what God is doing in our lives. Answer each question as honestly as possible and then discuss the questions below with another.
Character Qualities
