Scott grew up on the west side of town and attended Colerain High School before graduating from Georgetown College. He started working for The Kroger Co. the Monday after graduation. That first job turned into a career, where he spent 38 years in various capacities of merchandising, marketing, procurement, sales, production, strategy, and innovation. Scott has a passion for people and loves building successful teams. Scott and his wife Amy have two daughters, Hannah and Emily and have been attending LifeSpring for years and became members in 2018.
